According to the report, in the last week of September, the temperature in Lahore could go up to 40 degrees Celsius. With regard to winter, the report said that not only will the winter be longer this year, but the winter months of December and January will be much colder than usual.

On the other hand, according to the report on the weather conditions for the next 24 hours, the weather will remain dry and hot in most parts of the country while dusty winds are likely in the southern parts. According to the meteorological department, it will be very hot in the lower areas on Wednesday but dusty winds are likely in southern Punjab and upper Sindh in the afternoon. During the last 24 hours, maximum temperature of 44 degree Celsius was recorded in Turbat, 43 degree Celsius in Shaheed Benazirabad, 42 degree Celsius in Dadu, Lasbela, Sukkur and Rohri.
